Comments:
Didn't arrive to the party until near 00z. Decent activity on 40/80m, esp. on
SSB, for the ~2 hours I was on.
One mobile station was only taking callers 'by the numbers' (all SSB)...very
unusual for a QSO Party operator. Perhaps combine a few call areas *as a
minimum* if you feel you MUST operate this way. I certainly don't encourage 'by
the numbers' operating in a QP and I didn't stick around his freq so he lost
QSOs from me.
Icom IC-7300 and MFJ-929 Auto Tuner; 5-band [10m-20m] Hexbeam (hub at 32 ft), 88
ft doublet up ~40 ft on 40m/80m, (bent) 80m dipole sloping from ~55 ft down to
30 ft, 160m Inv L; N1MM Plus Logger, WinKeyer USB CW interface. Club Log, LoTW
and QRZ.com for e-confirmations.
TNX for the QSOs and 73! Bill W1WBB
