Comments:
second time IARU in monteverde after 14 years.
the propagation was not open in 10mt during the contest and the low bands
practically non-existent due to a high band noise. the 15m and 20m band gave
wonderful satisfactions especially on Sunday morning in 15m with the JA
stations.
I had a beautiful 2 hour pile up of JA with signals above 9 + 10.
