Comments:

All the operators, radios and antennas worked well, but propagation
was poor, and did not favor the West Coast. Congrats to NJ4P for
running ahead all day. We did finish two percent ahead of our score
last July, but far down from February, and far down from our 10
meter hopes when we saw a Solar Flux of 176! But, ND2T quickly
recognized that 10m was not delivering, and put his effort into
20m, with only brief forays onto 10m, while K6UFO pushed 15m.
Eventually we switched to 20m and 40m, and then 40m and 80m.
20m worked a few European DX, as Italy, Poland and Iceland called
in. Having four operators made our shifts an easy 3 hours
at a time. K6TD was available all day to solve technical problems,
mercifully few, and maybe related to operator or Writelog behavior
- not station hardware. ND2T bravely restarted the log server
during the day to clear a problem. W0YK always delivers lots of
QSOs and contest guidance, and had a second PC ready to go if
needed. We had few opportunities to stack calls or use second
VFOs, so there is room for growth.

See you in NAQP CW on August 6,

Mark K6UFO
