Are we in the "dog days" doldrums of summer. Activity seemed a little
off this afternoon. I operated N7DUX as a "Commemorative Special Event
Station" for the World Athletics Championship. This event has been taking
place at Hayward Field located on the campus of the University Of Oregon in
