Difficult conditions early in the event, but gradually got much better.
Propagation on 15 meters was less than stellar, but a rare nighttime opening to
Oceania around 0100Z on 15 was nonetheless great and showed that interesting and
unexpected things can happen as the sunspot cycle progresses!
