Comments:
K3/10 at 5 watts to either a 90' dipole or a 144' triangular horizontal loop up
about 35'. Each fed with window line. Thunderstorms passed overhead for about 8
hours of NAQP time, so spent that time grounded out. Operated for 1:20 before
the storms and netted 27 Q's. Then came back on for 2:20 hours near the end and
got 118 more. This is a known QRP strategy, to jump into bands after the big
rush settles down, but this time was forced to do it by the storms. Rates were
much better near the end. Thanks for the fun! and C U next time. 73, Dan ke0tt
