I planned to go mobile, possibly as a rover in 2 grid squares.
I checked on4kst before I left, saw all the activity was ft8 which does not
interest me. Decided it was not worth the effort since the stations I could work
wouldn't be available on ssb.
Wasn't going to park my butt on a hill and fight the heat and bugs when others
were sitting on there backsides in front of a computer screen making 'mouse
click qsos' from calls popping up on that screen.
I listened and called for 4 hours, made one contact on 220 and one on 450, both
local, for a grand score of 15. Lets get back to Real Radio.
