Comments:
Conditions did not seem very favorable. Saw K-index was at 4 most of the day
then went down a bit after sunset. 15m was a no-show and 20-meters did not fare
very well. Most activity was east of the Mississippi River with no DX (other
than Ontario). A few states west but I did not hear very well in that
direction.
I received reports that ops were responding to my CQs but I could not hear them.
Fought quite a bit trying to pull weak signals out of the noise. I know I
missed many callers and that is a huge disappointment.
I am not sure if I have a receiving problem but I think my noise-floor is too
high. Something to work on.
Thanks to all the OHQP visitors who I was able to hear and thanks for the
patience of many as I tried to pull signals out of the noise.
