How on earth can you participate in a contest, allowing all working all, and
then using your own set of "rules"???
Member of BCC is using his own interpretation of rules with his own stupid
statement: NO UA
Amazing due to the fact that this jewel proudly announced that he has been on
the air since 1969, and despite not learning Code of Honor for Ham Radio???
