Comments:
How can one inflict pain and suffering at a distance, with minimal risk to
oneself? While this question is in the realm of military science, could it have
application in Amateur Radio? Although I would quickly respond affirmatively:
"use a Vibroplex", a second, equally valid answer is "run QRP in
the fone Sweepstakes".
Sadistically, I performed this second crime against humanity over the past
weekend. My apologies, although perhaps not sincere.
