Comments:
Many thanks to K6MTU team, and especially K6TD for his on-call tech support.
We had rain, snow, wind and sleet at the top of the mountain where the remote
station is located, leading to some Murphy-esque behavior, including Internet
connection and SWR issues. But except for having to reduce power and take a few
hours off, I was able to keep going and had a great time. Really enjoyed both
the CW and phone runs, but favored CW because of point advantage. Sporadic-E on
Fri. night was a pleasant surprise. I don't think I've ever worked so many W8s
and W9s in my life. W4s were also well-represented. Thanks to the many JAs as
well.
What a fun contest!
