Comments:
Station: FTDX101mp 100W Ant: Windom 44ft with remote tuner up 20 feet.
Propagation: Friday night was unusual. Nothing at first and then short skip to
the midwest, then SE then AZ and CA. This lasted until about 9PM from my QTH.
Seemed c/w sporadic E. Saturday was great. I have never seen so much CW
activity on 10m. SSB. I was able to get some decent Q rates for my station.
Sunday propagation was not quite as good in the late afternoon. Band seemed to
close down quite quickly on Sunday.
I had fun. Was even able to run a bit. Definitely improved my score. I must
be getting better at this....lol. Again, learned a few things as I always do.
Should have turned my preamp on earlier on Sunday to get more of the weaker
signals when I was running. Still slowed by correcting the common error on my
call: KD7SU instead of HU.
