Wow! In 30+ years of ham radio, I don't think I've experienced noise that bad
on 80m, even in the summer. Had to pull the plug on that after 10 QSOs -- there
were folks in there that would have been easily readable on any other night, but
the static would take out everything.
That was brutal.
