A struggle getting on from a remote QTH. FTdx10 and Ham Sticks. The rig is
great. Ham Sticks not so much. 10 thru 20 were fine and CONDX helped. 40
meters is pushing it for a 6 foot antenna and an 80 meter ham stick is
essentially a giant inductive dummy load. Firing up after a long spell without
reading the rules or setting up a new version of my contest software wasn't the
right thing to do. Even th F keys were not right. My appologies if I messed up
your exchange. I hope to have this all squared away soon, although there will
never be a decent 80 meter antenna here and 160 is out of the question. 73,
