Local PLN still make QSOs on 20m and below very difficult but able to hear the
loud stations on 15m and 10m somewhat better. My apologies to the QRP stations
I likely missed though, on the bands I was able to operate. Hopefully a
response from the local power company is not long in coming and in the mean
time, antenna and station building continue apace.
