Thank you for the QSOs. The noise floor was S-7, which is typical in DC on a
good day. The World Bank club station's tribander TH7DX was stuck beaming the
West Coast due to a problem with the Hy-Gain Tailtwister rotor. Its 160/80/40
meters wire antenna was unusable for some reason.
