Comments:
I have to note the lack of casual opertors, very difficult to try running
stations on SSB without them, only ran a very few stations on 20 and 15.
Everyone knew their FED, thank goodness!
I spent more time than I should have Saturday during the MNQP chasing over 30 BC
QSO's. Some were not there Sunday. I was hoping to run some sations on 10 Sunday
Sunday which was not be as BC stations were weak to in the noise all day long.
Sunday was pretty miserably slow all day very gradually adding Q's and mults.
Activity seemed to increase around 20Z after a break and again around 22Z.
Many thanks to VE7UF who I am sure did well as he was there many hours and
realized the importance of moving multipliers. We moved up to 10M, then later
from 40 SSB to CW, then 80 CW for my only 80M QSO. A few others did QSY to
another band or mode for me. Activity seemed extremely poor on 40 and 80 from
here, 40 was open well enough for many more QSO's.
It was nice to work the BC ops, most very profcicient. Thanks for the QSO's and
QSY's.
73, Jeff
