Comments:
Did not get on on Friday night. That is the LARC meeting night. Started on
Saturday morning on 10-meters with hopes of making a good score. But as usual
things came up with the family, that caused me to work less than I wanted.
Sunday there was license exam and that took about three hours out of my time.
My BIC time was 11:09. That was a little short of last weeks time, and the
score was about the same. That tells me, I either have to increase my BIC time
or change my techniques to get a higher score. Of course, I know I need to
change my techniques and run more, even though I did run some on the last two
contests. However, I do have fun while S&P. To the family, I call it
hunting versus fishing.
My notes says I copied Ken (K4XXL) early in the contest, but did not work him.
I work Sam (W4PK) on 15-meters. Pete (W4WWQ) called me on 40-meters right after
I worked a QSO while S&P. That is all I saw on the decoder.
73,
Rick
