Comments:
after hearing that 6m was so active to SA today, there was no telling what to
expect on 15 and 20 tonite. and they did NOT disappoint!
so at two minutes to go, was setting my pro2 back to 5.0 watts on the digital
meter, and let out a short CQ and had a screamer of a pileup !!! could not
believe my ears.. the whole eastern half of the country all at once.
and it continued thru the whole 30min... no letups and very few missed jump
balls.. really hard to fathom, except to say we had a heck of an east-west path
going on. Last few weeks were the right mix of flux and solar condx.
did note that never got Texas or any southern 5s or 4s....but still plenty to
do.
what a rush!
thanks for the snappy Qs boys
