Missed the filing deadline. No matter what the rationale at CQ, 5 days is too
short a log filing time. It assumes too much, especially for the S&Pers --
who MAKE the cores for the big guns. days is just fine, and it gives fellow
amateurs time to repair or work on logs before submittal. And consider this:
more amateurs are working from the field -- not using N1MM on laptops all the
time. Sometimes they use -- GOD FORBID! -- Paper & Pencil. These then need
to be input back at the home QTH. Big guns cannot rack up the scores they do
without the S&Pers; are we to begin making contesting yet another exclusive
club???
