Comments:

I missed the 1900Z session due to surgery. There is new meaning to the "5
second rule", and the resistor color code: red, orange, yellow. Replaced a
12" stent, etc. Later surgery will remove it after I stop bleeding. I cant
help but recall years ago when I calculated how much it cost for an executive to
go to restroom. It's been costing over $100 an hour to keep me alive this year.
I confess to being on acetami/codeine and antibiotics. We waited an hour in the
parking lot for the prescription that was called in hours earlier. The pharmacy
did not check their voicemail after their lunch break. My XYL, Connie, drove
home through traffic, and brought meals to the shack. 22 hours without food.

No luck with 3B7M on the low bands at sunset, and XU7GNY. I had not realized
how hot it was on Agalega! FT8WW keeps up a steady stream of QSOs.

I wanted to submit this since I never know what tomorrow will bring. Thankful
for the sunrises.

I was sleeping and missed the start of the 0300Z session. First QSO was at
0326Z. I found a clear spot at 7.028.6 and called CQ at 43 WPM. It was hard to
get a run going. Congrats to KC9YL and W3WW for high speed contacts. I felt
more comfortable at 45 WPM so bumped it up. Perhaps it matches my thinking
speed. SteppIR worked on 40, but the SWR is still not perfect, but I can use
the tuner. It seems more effective than the inverted vee, but the 4 square will
be a good comparison. It will be hard to finish without help. I think I am
still on the 10 lb limit.

Internet was choppy. I have been having problems with Starlink timing out when
connecting to web sites. Telnet stopped a few times during CWT and the rig
seemed to freeze occasionally. I know Flex reworked DAX, but I am hesitant to
upgrade since there is good DX. About 10 days ago I upgraded to 3.33.3 and it is
less stable. Took a call to support to get that upgrade working. I don't have
the energy to fuss with things I already did!

Over and out...
