K3 / Optibeam / 80m "V" / 160m "L"
I do not like the "noise" of phone contests so only did S&P and
only for multipliers. I made one mistake due to bad spot so there was on
non-mult QSO. Ice on my antenna prevented operating until Sunday until 1900
UTC. During the "ice" period I went SO2L - Single Op 2 Locations and
worked local as W1AJT low power. I worked 150 multipliers as W1AJT in 2.75
hours. NC had better propagation on 10m than VE.
In the last 11 minutes of the contest I worked 10 mults; 20m- 2 including 9V1,
40m- 6, and 80m- 2.
