Comments:
CRAZY NOISE at my QTH. 20 meters was almost impossible, except a few. I thought
40 meters was better, but it turned out to be just as bad (if I wanted to run
and hear the stations). Sorry for the wrong guesses, but QSB and static was
overwhelming... Participation was good. I hope conditions improve.
