Comments:
Saturday bad conditions on high bands and stormy weather with high winds
(resulted in some antenna damage), rain and numerous power outages affected
Contest strategy and therefore the overall score.
Lots of second radio S&P'ing. Los of unexpected breaks.
Traditionally many S9+++ signals with terrible audio. Some Caribbean station was
taking about 40 kHz of space on 10 m on Sunday morning here.
But, as always, fun Contest for run. Was happy to give rare VC3 multiplier to
the participants.
