Comments:
During my 14 years in the 7QP, this was unequivocally the worst conditions I
have experienced in this contest. Only to be exacerbated by 10 meters being
completly dead, my commitment to a full effort was quickly squashed. I was
hopeful before the contest as the SFI was like 165 and the A-index at 4... I
expected that 10 would produce long and fruitful runs the whole day. 20 was like
a watery sponge with no real traction either. But alas, my disappointment
overwhelmed any excitement I initially had, thus only a part-time commitment.
Like the Cubs fans say, there is always next year (?)
