Called CQ on 40 for about half an hour until things dried up. I think I am doing
better here -- the noise was still present but not as bad as usual and I managed
to work a few stations that were just above the noise that I'd normally not
get.
Moved to S&P'ing which got a few more. Only heard one signal on 80, and
couldn't hear much on 20 other than some DX.
