Comments:
Extraordinary band conditions on 15M last night. Just before NS, I worked R5AJ
in Moscow with loud reports both ways. Of course, I was using high power But
20M again was frustrating. I think I need to take the time when moving from 15
to 20 to retune the antenna tuner for the zepp. It is generally a better
antenna than the 20M dipole, but it does require a few seconds to retune from
15M. 40 was pretty good with almost no skip zone and fair signals from CA and
the Pacific North West. 80M was OK and was able to work N5ZO and heard AA7V
there. Still no antenna for 160M, which means the last few minutes on 80 are
difficult with so many SO1R stations having gone to 160. Thanks for all the
