Decided at the last minute to use the KX3 with the AX2 antenna. Setup and
tear-down is much easier and it generally works fairly well. Operated 20M only
using battery power on the patio. I have a tabletop tripod mount for the AX2 and
used a 13-foot counterpoise. Managed to snag eight stations with this spartan
setup in less than an hour. KQP always fun and always a great QP. Thanks to the
big dawgs for digging me out!
