Comments:
I love RTTY contests. Tried my hand at some real SO2V Multitasking, calling CQ
while searching for S&P's between calls. My station seems to do well enough
on 20 & above, but suffers on 40 & 80 for sure. Very little QRM here
this weekend, just a slight powerline buzz when pointed at 30degrees, but not to
the degree that it can be sometimes here. My original off-the-cuff goal was
250K but was able to double that as the score ramped up with mults. If anyone
is looking for a Multi/Multi op in California, it sure would be fun to try my
hand at this at a station with a capable low-band setup! All in all, fun
weekend and I definitely could have gotten up earlier on Sunday and taken it
further.
