Comments:
Started a bit late at 03:30z and found no US stations on 80m. 40m didn't sound
good either. I collected mults on 20m (which were not large in numbers) until
15m came up. Nice runs on CQ with 70 JA stations within the first 200 QSO. 10m
was open into all directions and gettings runs and collecting mults here was as
easy as on 15m, but some zones were missing. 20m improved later on and I found a
good spot for a decent run to North and South America. Saturday evening 40m
still wasn't in good shape and due to high winds, my 80m/160m dipole ripped, so
I decided to go to bed. Sunday morning started quite good on the highbands with
nice runs on 10m and 15m again. 20m was somewhat okay and a good run on 40m
brought in 180 QSO/h on Sunday evening. Quite a few North America stations were
CQing, but hard or impossible to work due to European QRM. Only K1RX was smart
enough at that time to call above 7200.0 and listen on 7120.0. I haven't been a
lot on 80m/160m although I managed to fix the dipole Sunday afternoon and just
collected mults there. CQed a bit for easy mults who never call CQ themselves
and switched off at 23:00z. Looking forward to the far more relaxing CQ WW CW.
