It's very easy to see who is extremely loud but hears poorly. One station I
called on 2 different bands who was SOLID 20/9 here but not so much as a QRZ.
(I called this same station many times @13z with a full 5 watts)
Others RST S7-8-9 worked on the vy first call.
CU (all of a sudden!) in the next one......with more power ;-)
