[AMPS] WTD: source of Technical Ceramics

I am looking for any sources where I can get various items molded and
produced;  plate choke and tank coil forms in particular.

Also need source of Fiberglass forms as used by Heath for SB-220 tanks;
thin wall and grooved for the wire.

Any leads appreciated.
