Any 5-10A DPDT relay with a 110VDC coil will work since there is enough
room to play with. 
While you are at it, add a 30-35 pf  500V mica from the thru position on
the relay to ground. This will improve the thru VSWR on 10M.

The relay/bias PS could also be the problem, especially a shot
electrolytic.
