[AMPS] Solid State RF generator boards.

Hope it's ok for me to run this by all you reflectees.
I'm looking to buy at least 4 off RF Plasma generator boards out of any
scrapped unit.
Several US manufacturers such as ENI, RF Power Products, I'm not
bothered as I believe they all use 50V FET's. I'd like four matched
boards each with 8 devices.
Can anyone help?
