For anyone who is interested Norm Dye and Helge Granberg wrote a great
book called
"Radio Frequency Transistors - Principles and Practical Applications."
Published by Butterworth-Heinemann. ISBN 0-7506-9059-3
It's a pretty interesting book and has lots of good stuff in it for solid
state PA designs.
