I just want to thank all of you who took time to answer
my request for help with the L-4B ps. The problem turned
out to be D6 and D7 were blown. The PS seems to be a later
model then the one in the manual. The diodes are paralleled
with 150K 150K, 1/2 watt resistors and the Caps resistors
are 100K 2 watts resistors imstead of the 270K 1 watt in the L-4B
manual. This is the same as in the L-7 manual
Quite a few of you gave me comments on where to get new
caps and diodes and how to do the repair. I appreciate all
of them.
Will order the parts tomorrow from Harback.
