[AMPS] maximum output from an Alpha 89

I worded the original question badly. I want to know the maximum output
from an Alpha 89. We are is trying to determine the condition of the tubes.
I don't know enough about ceramic tubes in particular and amps in general
to know if this is even the best question to ask for the answer I'm looking
for. If there is a better question to ask, or a better test to do, I'd be
MOST greatful to learn more.
