[AMPS] Clipperton L & Bad tubes

Check the filament voltage with an accurate meter. I repaired one for a
friend
that had almost 7 volts on the filaments. The poor 572B's went bad in a
hurry!
We put a 0.1 ohm resistor in the circuit and it dropped the voltage to
normal.
