Does anyone know of any references (either academic or manufacturers),
on the phase stability of coax cables with temperature ? Someone I work
with is measuring time delays, to uncertainties of less than 10 ps, and
would be interersted in this. We could make estimates from the change of
coax diameter, length and dielectric constant, but if there is any data
out there, we would be interested.
