1. Check the filament voltage at the socket. It should not be over 5.0 V
RMS
2. Replace the parasitic suppressor with one made from a 3 or 5W metal
oxide resistor. Use the same L to start with but you may have to
experiment.
3. What bands are the parasitics?
4. Is it truly a parasitic or is it arcing in the switch or Tune cap?
