C1 should have 25 ohms of reactance for a Q of 2.  Higher Q means less 
bandwidth.  Lower Q means possibly unacceptable min. swr.  .  L and C2 
are adj. for min. swr with the cathodes driven with at least 50% of the 
normal drive.
