[AMPS] Adhesives for sticking down HV PS caps

Another adhesive that is worth investiagating is "Shoe Goo".
It sets up quickly,
Dries to the consistance of silicon adhesives and is tencasious as heck.
 It comes in several varieties.  Check you lock hardware store.
