I hace some parts for sale :
1. 3P602A-2 transistor. Good for preamps. Analog MGF1802.
Have about 3dB gain on 12 GHz frequency. 8USD.
2. 3P604A-2 transistor. Never tested myself, but must be good for preamps.
Have about 3.2 dB gain on 17.4 GHz. 13 USD.
3. KT930B - 120W, 100-400 MHz, 28V, N-P-N, 21USD.
4. 2T960A - 70W, 100-400 MHz, 12.6V, N-P-N, 17 USD.
5. PEB-16 relay : freq up to 1 GHz, power up to 50W on 1 GHz, 50Ohms, 20 USD.
6. PEB-15 relay : HF 1 kW power, no idea about VHF Pmax (I'm using this one
in my 200W PA on 2 meters - work nice), but for 75 OHMS(!!!!), 25 USD.
All above are in limited quantities.
7. Capacitors 40mkF x 5000V, 23 USD. (about 5 kg. wight when packed).
Also possible to check other Russian parts if smbdy need.
