[AMPS] PCBs

I've spoken to number of employees in the electrical departments at local
steel mills...they've always thought the PCB thing was a joke.  Guys would
be soaked to the elbows in the stuff regularly, week after week, year after
year.  Most of them are in their 80s now and perfectly healthy.
