If it is a 308 the ratings are .500 amp CCS Weight 125 lbs.
on the other hand a 309 is 1.000 amp CCS Weight 185 lbs.
This series of transformers were designed for all day all night
key down use, but were for choke input filters. I have a 309
and have been using it with capacitor input for my 8877 2mtr amp.
on the low set of taps. About 3500v no load, about 3100 loaded,
with a 65 mf oil cap. I have had no problem with it.
