Greetings all:
I just removed an 8877 from an Alpha 77Dx which had developed a
resting plate current reading of abt 300 mA, beginning abt 60 secs
after warmup, and continuing till abt 3 minutes.
Now that the tube is out I see it has one of those ill-fated date
codes of 1988.
Does Eimac have any kind of replacement policy for tubes of 1986-
1988 problem era?
