[AMPS] Henry 1KD5

I have an Amp question. . . I have a chance to buy a Jenry 1KD5, the
transformer is dead *not sure* and there is no tube or chimny. Otherwise it
looks clean and in good shape. Now the question, what would be a fair price
for this AMP?????
