[AMPS] Screw dimensions for YC156

Hello,

I'am tring to get hold of some screws for my YC156 tube,
but I need the "type/number" of the screws, both the 4 cathode,
and the 1 filament screw

It's only the diameter that interests me, the length is 
no problem.
