Hi,

I'am looking for a couple of relays for switching
in extra capacitance at the Load capacitor in my
YC156 Amplifier. The Vaccum cap is a 10..1000 pF
15KV/80Amp Jennings, and I need around 3000 pF on
160M and around 1500 pF on 80M. So I need to
switch in 1000 pF on 80M and in additioan to that,
an extra 1500 pF on 160M.

How do I do that ? What type of relay to use ? Maybe its
way out, but I can get some Contactors with 4 sets of
contacts, each rated at 25Amp, ofcourse at 50 Hz. I thought
of paralleling the four contact sets on each relay. Isolation
between contact sets/coil is > 4KV. Is it impossible to
use two relays like this, or do I have to get something else ???

Thanks,
  Carsten OZ9AAR
