Not to speed it up from 6mS closure to a 2mS closure. 0.3Henrys in the
coil is not that easy to overcome. Have you ever measured the closure
time of a HC-1 with a 80mA, 36v source? A large pizza with five toppings
and salad bar says it ain't under 4mS.

Jennings' rating is seemingly conservative. Kilovac's rating is fairly
accurate. With a 26v supply, the HC-1 is about 1mS faster. With a
80mA/100v source, closure times are pretty close.
